Larkabout and Out On Tap show information about local venues and events from public sources (OpenStreetMap, the Food Standards Agency register and venues' own websites) and from venue owners and organisers. Listings are provided "as is". Times and details change, so always check with the venue before you travel.

Venue accounts

You may only claim a venue you run or are authorised to manage, and you agree to keep its details and events accurate. We may refuse or remove a claim, or edit or remove listings, that misrepresent a venue or breach these terms.

Events you submit

Events must be open to the public and accurately described. We review submissions before they appear and may edit or decline them. Events found on a venue's own website may be listed with a link to the source; venue owners can edit or remove these from their dashboard.

Images and copyright

Larkabout is a hosting platform for venue-submitted listings. We do not claim ownership of photos, posters or other images uploaded by venues, and we do not routinely verify that uploaded material is free of third-party rights.

If you upload or link to images (including venue photos, event posters or logos), you confirm that you own the content or have all necessary permission to display it on Larkabout, and that your use does not infringe copyright, trademark or any other rights. You must not upload images taken from Google, social media, ticket sites or other venues unless you created them or have explicit rights.

You are responsible for your submissions. You agree to indemnify Reply Intelligence Group against reasonable claims, costs and damages arising from content you submit where those claims allege infringement or misuse of third-party rights, except where caused by our negligence.

We may remove or disable any image or listing without notice if we receive a valid complaint, believe content may infringe rights, or need to protect users and the platform. To report a copyright concern, email hello@outontap.com with the page URL, a description of the work, and your contact details.

Images discovered automatically from venue websites during crawling are not shown publicly unless the venue has approved their use. Category placeholder images are used when no approved image is available.

Acceptable use

No scraping, automated abuse or attempts to misrepresent a venue you do not own.
