The first 100 Hertfordshire venues can claim a free founding listing during launch. Paid promotion, multiple events and upgraded visibility are separate.

During the Hertfordshire launch, the first 100 venues can claim a free founding listing: profile, opening times, contact and social links, up to 3 photos, basic tags and one regular weekly feature. This is a launch offer, not unlimited lifetime free access.
After the launch phase
Founding listings stay basic: profile, contact details, up to 3 photos, basic tags and one regular weekly feature. Keep your listing active with Basic from £5/week. Multiple live events, event posters, offers, featured placement and What's On This Week stay on Venue Pro or Event Boost.
Event Boost stays available on Founding, Basic and Pro. Pay for short-term visibility on a big night without a subscription.
Founding venues keep their original launch listing terms. Everyone gets at least 60 days' notice before any change.
How we prove value
We prove value through attention and engagement, not access to your till.
We track venue views, event views, QR scans, direction clicks, call clicks, website clicks and social clicks so venues can see the attention Out On Tap is creating. We do not need access to your takings to show whether Out On Tap is creating attention.
